All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments are processed via trusted channels such as bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. LUVIO does not store your payment credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Bangladesh only. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. LUVIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be reported within the stated time window after delivery.
An unboxing video may be required for verification.
Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
